Please Note: As part of this upgrade, a 2.95% service fee will be added to all credit card and debit card transactions including AutoPay. Phoned in payments will only be taken through our automated IVR phone payment system, and will incur an additional $0.50 fee.

The City of New Port Richey is committed to ensuring customers have a no-cost electronic method of payment available. All automatic bank ACH transactions using checking or savings account will be at no cost to you. Of course, no fees will apply for cash or personal checking transactions as well.

AutoPay – Go Green

Save time, money and help the environment all at the same time! Have your utility bills paid automatically each month by authorizing the City to electronically withdraw payments from your checking or savings account on the due date each month. This service is provided absolutely FREE. No postage, no envelope, no check, no late payments, no hassles. Simply go online at http://citynpr.org, click Bill Pay in the lower left hand side of your screen, click Pay Bill Now, and Register Now. Once you sign up, your payment will pull your very next bill. It’s just that easy!

To sign up, you will need your account number and customer number found in the upper right-hand corner of your bill.

Credit card payments can be made 24/7 for a nominal service fee of 2.95% by calling directly to our Interactive Voice Response system at (727) 605-8005 or by calling (727) 853-1061. To locate your account, You will need to enter your account number and customer number found in the upper right-hand side of your bill followed by #. You can also choose to use a check to make a one-time payment for a fee of $1.50. There is no need to wait on hold or for a return phone call as payments are accepted anytime, night or day at your convenience.

Drop Box

Payment can be made by check or money order at our convenient drop box located on the west side of City Hall in the drive through lane off of Jefferson Street. We also have a drop box in the lobby of the Billing and Collection Office if you are on the go and can’t wait for a Customer Service Representative. Please put your payment in a sealed envelope with your account number and customer number so we can apply it to your account. Payments left in the drop box overnight will be applied to the account in the morning of the next business day.
